I have organisational responsibility for mapping out and supporting NOC’s approach to learning and development, with a particular interest in enabling managers to be the best they can. I am the organisational lead on Investors in People and am currently working on a framework to clarify how we plan, implement, pay for and measure the impact of learning and development in NOC.
I have over 20 years’ experience in managing and developing individuals and groups, both as a Human Resources generalist and as a specialist Learning and Organisational Development practitioner.
I hold Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and have a post-graduate qualification in Facilitation from Henley Business School. I am also a qualified psychometric practitioner, holding accreditations in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and SHL’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire, amongst others, and the British Psychological Society’s Level A and Level B qualifications in occupational test use.
My first degree is in Modern Languages and Marketing. I am a francophile, having lived in Paris for two years and having spent holidays in France every year since – I love French culture, language, food, wine and mountains (though I will happily walk up mountains anywhere).
