Dr Antony Birchill

I work on the development of in-situ lab-on-chip analysers for the determination of nutrient concentrations in aquatic environments, with a focus on the interface between the seafloor sediments and overlying water. I have also researched marine iron biogeochemistry in the shelf seas and the Southern Ocean.
